Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Mariånas grilled chicken (Tininon månnok)

Used calamansi instead of lemon for the marinade--very good and citrus-forward BBQ marinade. Did not have grill so used cast iron pan on stove top and was still good, would definitely be better on a grill with some smokiness.
