      This recipe takes forever, even before I had to deal with a malfunctioning grill. Overall it turns out okay, but I wouldn't make it again as there wasn't enough bang for the buck.

  • Crostini with grilled sweet onions and blue cheese

      These were a big hit. There is a time investment and a bit of assembly but overall I’d say the reward outweighs the effort. Worthy of company and like an ultra-fancy (blue cheese) onion dip.
