    Cucumber Chia Limeade (agua de pepino, lima, y chia) (pg 31) Yes, this drink is as simple as it sounds - limeade with cucumber and chia seeds. I suggest making sure it is very cold so you are tempted to use too much ice and dilute the flavor.

    Mint blackberry lemonade (Limonada de mora y mental) pg.34 - this is the perfect recipe to cool off between bouts of attacking the blackberries overtaking your garden. And if you made the mistake of not containing the mint in your garden, this recipe is doublely useful. Not to mention that it tastes great.
