    Nduja, cherry tomatoes, preserved lemon - page 179 Quick and easy to make. So much so it could be an easy week night meal. I really enjoyed the flavour but kids found it a little spicy and husband found it too peppery for his taste (likely the nduja we used rather than the recipe).

    Classic meatballs - page 184 These were so good. Enjoyed by the whole family. Simple to make but time consuming (as meatballs can be) but worth the time.
