      I reduced the peppermint extract drastically, I guess they are using a different product. Still tasted quite strong. I added some cocoa powder. Was ok, but won’t be doing it again.

  • Black Forest smoothie

      Tasted fine, but wasn't thick at all. Next time I might add a couple ice cubes, use Greek yogurt, or freeze the banana. Also, the banana flavor was still detectable, which kind of ruined the illusion of drinking a purely Black Forest inspired smoothie. Overall, not bad.

  • Super easy sosig & bean casserole

      Too much liquid. The stock wasn’t really necessary - I ended up chucking in some potatoes & carrots to cook all in one pot because of that. Used pork sausages, not veggie.
