      Easy no-fail recipe and not too large a batch. I add a couple tablespoons of olive oil to make the dough easier to handle.

      Details provided in the recipe means even a novice can’t fail to have a great loaf. A slightly larger loaf might be better for sandwiches.

      Great flavour, not too sweet (though I subbed maple syrup for honey). Good texture with moist close crumb, appropriate for sandwiches, depending of loaf shape.
