      skipped the pimiento cheese and just used pepper jack. A decent burger. Used the special sauce for other sandwiches afterwards.

  • White rum and Aperol spritz

      I used amber rum, the sparkling water option (instead of wine) and skipped the optional poblano liqueur. Very nice on a sunny evening and still plenty strong.
