      I’m not sure why you would scrape the delicious miso sauce off. I didn’t. Also there is a typo in the marinade. It should 1 tablespoon miso and 1 tsp of honey.

      Good but most of us found the caramel with lemon sauce a little too bitter & would have preferred a lemon syrup. Made lots of cream filling- a little too much as it made up the majority of the tiramisu like cake. Looked really nice & like the photo.
