      Maybe my eggplants were "large" but certainly more than enough for 4 as a main course (served with a salad).. made exactly as specified.. lovely crunch from the nuts; great flavour & texture. Would make again. Totally vegan ;-)

The magazine encompasses the articles and recipes that formerly appeared in the Weekend magazine, Cook, and in the Thursday G2 are now contained in Feast.
