  I made the chocolate lovers cake recently and was blown away! It was for a birthday so I didn’t get to eat a slice but the bit I trimmed was so moist and tasty! The combination of ganache, frosting, crumb, and cake must have been amazing. I received a comment that the cake was suspiciously good and must have been bought not made haha!

  Beautiful book, great recipes. The "cake" part of the vanilla cupcake recipe is possibly the best vanilla cupcake recipe I've ever tried, and will become my new go-to vanilla cupcake recipe (it tastes like wedding cake). Cream puff instructions are clear and yield fantastic results. Planning to tackle the 4-layer cinnamon-apple crumble cake next.
