    Torta di Noci per Pesach (Passover Walnut Cake). This torte has very nice flavor and a moist but light texture. Very good! I toasted the walnuts before grinding and used salted butter instead of margarine. Ingredients: Margarine, matzoh meal, eggs, salt, granulated sugar, walnuts, orange zest, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground cloves.
