      If you want tomatoes floating in butter and oil this is the recipe for you. There is way too much butter in the crust (6 ounces) and 10 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese is a lot. Edible, but super rich.

      This was good but made much less than I thought. I would double the amount of peppers next time.
