      This looked beautiful but did not live up to the look. It was dry, even though I upped the stock and the ‘crispy’ mushrooms were a bit wrinkly at most with no real flavour benefit. Crunchy top was a nice contrast.

      Danger, if you have low self control, think twice about making this recipe. I had all the ingredients on hand an it was super easy to make. It’s so good, I keep going back for a nibble. It won’t last long.
