      The yogurt keeps the chicken so moist. I added a little stock as my yogurt was very thick.

  • Fish and lentil curry (Machali aur dal)

      I halved the recipe but needed to add some extra water to the lentils. Very generous portions! It was nice enough and incredibly quick to make but really needed something tangy for brightness. A squeeze of lime or a drizzle of tamarind or something.
