  • Roasted broccoli with almond ajo blanco

      Not a bad side dish, the ajo blanco was quite simple to make but needed a hit of garlic, so I added a clove. The recipe instructed to roast the broccoli then cut in half, I cut then roasted. The salsa was fantastic
