      Fairly standard poke bowl recipe

  • Roast carrots with sesame seeds, feta and yogurt

      Really nice and would make again the spcie rub again. Worked wonderfully with roasted onions and sweet potatos to bulk out I changed the yogurt sauce by adding a grated garlic, whipping some feta into it, a bit of olive oil, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of tahini. I also think fresh mint adds a vibrancy that parsley wouldn't.

  • Coconut waffles with vanilla mascarpone and bananas

      I replaced vanilla mascarpone with the following.... lime passion fruit syrup (juice of 1 lime, water, sugar to taste, add passion fruit pulp at end). Lime ricotta - zest of lime, ricotta, touch of vanilla paste, icing sugar to taste. Toasted coconut flakes

  • Salmon with herby peas, broad beans and gnocchi

      I added asparagus to this since I had some to use up. Overall I didn't care for the dish, it was quite bland and didn't taste like anything more than the sum of its parts. Won't make again.
