Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Creamy chicken, honey & mustard penne

    • Luckyme on June 20, 2026

This was an easy one-pot pasta dinner that is kid friendly. Where I live crème fraîche isn’t readily available so I used sour cream, which is a substitute I often make and works well if added off heat. I didn’t have spinach so I added fresh broccoli to the pan when I added the penne and it was perfect. This is a very adaptable recipe. I would change it up by adding peas in the future to make it pantry-friendly.

  • Baked prawn, lemon & chilli risotto

    • beverley_054k83 on March 30, 2026

No chilli whatsoever! Left the asparagus in for a little longer than suggested.
