      This was very spicy and the balance of the flavours didn't seem quite right for me. Possibly too much tamarind in the sauce and fennel in the marinade.

      I’ve been wanting to make this for so long and I wasn’t disappointed. The flavours are so similar to the one my friend’s Mum used to make, the only difference is that this uses bay leaves and she used lime leaves.
