  • Blueberry-spinach salad bowl with orange vinaigrette

      Very fresh and light yet filling salad. The vinaigrette is lovely. I added some beetroot and ginger kraut which I think went well. After adding everything there was no room left in the bowl for the beans, so left those out. I would like to try out more forks over knifes recipes.
