      Nice recipe but not that different from a lot of other similar things I've made before, and not totally outstanding. I liked the flavours of the dressing, but it made it all a bit gloopy. I couldn't get freekeh so used a mix of other grains.

  • Chicken and mango coconut curry

      I used less coconut milk than stated, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. This was a curry that was a bit different and lighter than many. However I think it could have done with less mango and more chicken. I liked it, but my partner was a bit "meh" so I probably won't repeat.
