Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Cozy winter night borscht

    • hbakke on October 21, 2024

I went with the vegetarian option for this borscht and it was great. I haven't had borscht before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but we enjoyed this.

  • Shallot compote green beans

    • skvalentine on November 02, 2024

Excellent! Too salty though-- next time I would reduce the salt in the bean cooking water.
