The purpose of this booklet is, first of all, an answer to the hundreds of inquiries received from our customers . . . "Do you have a recipe that can be used in all your molds?" . . . "What are Krumkakes?" . . . or Rosettes? . . . or Ebleskiver? . . . or, "Please send me recipes and complete list of all your products." We have, therefore, included with each standard recipe, a brief explanation and description of the iron or mold used in preparing that recipe, together with pictures.
