    No stores in my city had chervil. You don’t need it. The oysters and dressing were both very good!

    This was pretty good. We used langoustines instead of shrimp, it worked really well. the bitterness of the lettuce was a wonderful counterpoint to the sweet seafood and crisp cucumbers. A little more citrus and heat would improve it for us.

    Really enjoyed this, especially as leftovers. Light, refresing, tangy - perfect if you're having something rich or heavy alongside. We had this with the hushpuppies & smoked fish dip. The texture could be smoother but that's a blender issue.

    The flavor of the pudding is top notch. I don't think the final cup of cream is necessary, though. Next time, I'd stir 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of milk into the pudding after chilling to loosen it up
