  • Sweet potato bars

      I am not blaming the recipe, this is just my take on it. It turned out with a "gummy" and heavy texture, even though I left the bars to cook about 10 minutes past when the knife came out clean. I'm not sure that it needed applesauce in addition to the mashed sweet potatoes. If I make it again I will leave out the applesauce or increase the flour. The taste was just ok.
