  • Baked chicken and potatoes with lemon and rosemary

      This was easy and comforting. It really needs the lemon in the sauce for some punch- the oregano and rosemary flavors seemed pretty delicate to me. I’m glad there was a warning that the potatoes don’t get very crispy for roast potatoes- but still good.
