    This book doesn't really have a whole lot to do with Ramadan, but I've made two recipes out of it and they're lovely. I made the Chicken Cheddar Muffins as a start. My family was super skeptical about chicken muffins, but they were very good. Had an extremely Tex Mex feel to them, and I bet replacing the green pepper with jalapeno would be wonderful. Also made the lemon and cardamom cupcakes. Those were also very good (though the recipe doesn't make the amount it claims to) and were well received by a party.
