      This worked well, though somehow didn't end up tasting much of the spices as I expected. But it was very tender.

      Excellent recipe! Very balanced and delicious. And relatively easy. I made my own chimichurri which was wonderful.

  • Turmeric cauliflower mash with spiced paneer

      Chopping and blitzing the cauliflower is a bit of a pain due to the volume of cauliflower meaning two loads in the blender and bits of cauliflower everywhere. Is needs plenty of seasoning. Nice tasting though when you have the strong flavours in the paneer / onion mix with it.
