      Left out the cheesecake part. Made the rest. Very easy in the blender. Topped with frozen berries and put the ramekin on a small baking sheet. Easier to clean up. Nice snack in the middle of the day!

      4.5 stars — this was delicious! I subbed in ranch instead of blue cheese and it added a nice creaminess. Next time I think I’ll melt more of the cheese into the dip itself instead of putting on top but this is just personal preference.

      THESE WERE INCREDIBLE! I was skeptical with there being no flour, but you can’t even tell texture-wise because these are so ooey gooey. I already had chunky peanut butter on hand and it added a nice extra layer of crunch. As far as I’m concerned the chocolate chips and sea salt are not optional as the flaky salt on top absolutely made these! And if they weren’t already delicious they’re also so simple to make, it took less than 20 minutes to prep and bake. Highly recommend!
