      Love this and would make again. I forgot the chives on top, and used sour cream instead of creme fraiche. Served with Swedish meatballs and cucumber salad.

      I wasn't sure what to expect from this, since I don't always like fruity things in salad, but it was really nice. The sauce was great, and I would make this again. Great for a summer side dish.

      I was a bit disappointed by this - it looked really pretty, but was lacking on flavour. I think it would have been better with a kind of spiced/herby yoghurt instead of the hummus, and some feta through the quinoa.
