      These were really good and surprisingly easy. I only made a half recipe for two but next time would make the whole recipe and freeze two. I will also dimple the middle next time - didn't think to do it this time. Cooked to 145 to compromise and appease MLA but they were still very good.

  • Avocado chicken salad with jicama and banana peppers

      Made this as written w/ substitution of half celery / half apple for the jicama which was unavailable. It wasn't terrible but the banana peppers were just odd in this in my opinion. Would probably not make again.
