  • Spring salad with buttermilk feta dressing

      Absolutely fantastic! There are so many layers to this salad yet they all work in harmony. I had to make a few tweaks, using all peas (no broad beans) and using yogurt with some extra lemon instead of buttermilk and it was still delicious. A definite keeper
