A lovely side for some bbq lamb chops. The marinade really pepped up the chard, but mine was extra garlicky because I skimmed and added all the crushed garlic to the marinade. Delicious
I’m a sucker for a charred corn salad and this is no exception. The dressing is tangy, smoky from the chipotle with a touch of sweetness. Perfect summer dish.
This works just as well with pickled red onions instead of the freshly sliced raw onions.
