      Great recipe! I couldn't resist throwing some anchovies on this pizza. Some might think it's too much with the Gorgonzola cheese but no one complained. This is a pizza bursting with flavours.

      Super easy and very good. Throw veggies in oven, when done simmer briefly in stock, puree, and serve. As usual, I doubled the garlic and added Aleppo pepper - and was glad I did. Balsamic adds, as do chopped herbs on top (basil, oregano, thyme, whatever). Easy enough I'm adding to the "busy weeknight" rotation. Would be good with simple cheese panini.
