    Green bean, tomato and olive oil stew: Very easy to make (I used fresh green beans instead of the frozen as listed since green beans are in season). Very good and leftovers are great. Can have as a side dish, or add feta, goat cheese, or a fried egg to make it a main dish. Have already made this several times, great use of slow cooker!
