    The Easy Pork Shoulder Stew is exactly the kind of recipe I was looking for when I bought this book: delicious, easy Korean home cooking. We all loved this stew. It takes a while but is mostly hands off. It makes a ton- I'll be eating this for lunch all week (and happy about that)!
