  • Honey spice beer cake

      This cake was fabulous. The frosting recipe was WAY too runny. You need to either lower the beer to 2T or dramatically increase the XXXsugar. I'd recommend the former and the latter creates too much icing. Instead of the plain nuts I used home-smoked, candied nuts. They were just about perfect!
