    pg 164 TOASTED SEEDS. (July 2024) I decided to use up the abundance of seeds I had in jars to try out these flavours. My family is partial to a scattering of seeds on soups, salads etc to add crunch and texture. I made the SMOKY SAVOURY SEEDS - but oops! I added 2 tbsp of tamari instead of 2tsp... i was distracted somewhat. To salvage this I had to put in a low oven to dry out as was too liquidy. They still tasted nice. The other flavour I made - ROSEMARY, MAPLE & SEASALT turned out well. I like having these on hand to add on top of other dishes.

    pg 122 - VEGAN TRAY BAKE NACHOS WITH TOFU, MUSHROOM & LENTIL CHILLI (JUNE 2024) i made this for my adult sons and myself one midweek evening. I had all the garnish ingredients except the avocado. It was delicious. Even my youngest son quite liked it and he is not overly keen on mushrooms.

    Pg 112 CREAMY CHICKEN, CHICKPEA & SPINACH CURRY. (June 2024) Easy recipe. Very tasty. Served with Quinoa instead of rice. The family enjoyed it very much.
