      I bought this book for this recipe and it was exactly what I thought it would be. Delicious. I think they’re too sweet to consume at the size recommended, so I cut each bar into threes for a bite size treat. I didn’t have any cocoa butter so I used more chocolate and tempered it. I also made a batch with hazelnut butter that I made with some roasted hazelnuts thrown into a food processor. I added a little more chocolate because the mixture was a bit dry. Probably wouldn’t have to do that if I had used Nutella, but I just couldn’t get my homemade hazelnut butter as smooth.
