  • Sesame barbecue lamb chops

      The marinade was excellent, it gave the fat on the chops a nice char on the bbq (essential to me), versatile too it would work well with chicken or pork. The lime at the end really adds a punch of brightness. Update: I tried the marinade with boned chicken thighs, it didn’t work as well as lamb.
