    pg 63 Nettle furikake - the simple version is nettles, sesame seeds, flake salt, and sugar. I am anxious to try variations, especially one with dried mushrooms. This is a no-effort flavor enhancer for vegetables. I used braised burdock. I definitely liked this variation on the Japanese classic
