    Made the "Almost Authentic Lamb Kebab" on page 148 of the Kindle version. Shaped into burger patties and served with a bulgur wheat, mixed herb, toasted pine nut and pomegranate seed salad. Left the meat mixture covered in the fridge for 6 hours for the flavours to develop then cooked on a griddle. Very enjoyable.
