    I’m not sure how authentic this kuchen is but it is super tasty. I took a peek at the notes under the recipe online and made some modifications. I used only 1/2 cup of sugar in both the topping and cake itself and honestly could have used even less. I also baked in a 9in cake pan rather than a 9x13 pan. I also used frozen berries and cardamom instead of nutmeg. Delicious!
