Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Spicy tofu

    • anniecc on February 24, 2025

Thought I’d try this as an alternative to my normal technique of pan frying tofu, since it uses less oil. I wasn’t too impressed. Nice simple marinade but I felt the tofu mainly just dried out in the oven rather than becoming crispy.

  • Roasted vegetable ratatouille

    • anniecc on May 06, 2026

Strangely, this recipe calls for no oil at all. Not sure if this is a mistake, but I added a couple of tablespoons. It came out well.
