      Delicious! A bit hard to scoop and eat with the bread, but that may be because I loaded mine up with extra zucchini. Easy to multiply into two portions. A perfect light weeknight meal. Could add some crispy sliced sausage for extra protein and heft.

      I debated keeping this cookbook, as it has major problems - ingredients lack specificity (e.g., "chicken breast"), weights, and the "use it up" notes don't cut it (I made the tortellini & sausage soup - she could have mentioned how to use the rest of the package of tortellini). Nonetheless, there are some good ideas in this book. I roughly doubled the soup recipe - instead of using "2 sausages" (she doesn't specify the type or the weight), one of my sausages was 7 oz., so I used that to double the recipe. I will probably keep this book, and will post as I make other recipes. Hint to author: have someone make these recipes in your presence, like Ina Garten does, to troubleshoot for issues.
