    Roasted Tomato, Butter Bean and Tuna Salad: Page 111. Great dish for a leisurely Labour Day outdoor lunch, served on a bed of baby arugula, and used beefsteak tomatoes halved. Tossed the tuna in a little dressing as water packed tuna can be dry, Rubbed the grilled bread with a clove of garlic. Delish.

    Patates Antinaxtes- A delicious way to prepare potatoes. The green olives and coriander are interesting and additions to lemon garlic potatoes. A big hit at my table.
