Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Okonomiyaki tater tots

    • Stephenn31 on February 05, 2026

A nice change for a side for a Japanese meal, and it blended perfectly. Note that the tater tots cooled very quickly when spread out for the sauce, so warm the plate or be ready to serve immediately.
