  • Banana-chocolate-espresso swirl muffins

      These are good, but not fabulous. Very moist, a little bit of stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth feel; chocolate flavour very subtle, as was the espresso. I’d make muffins with a little more oomph next time the urge strikes.

      These were excellent! Came out perfectly fudgy. I added finely chopped toasted pecans and a bit of chopped chocolate to use it up ... My coworkers hoovered them!
