      This is so bad. I like unusual flavors but this just turns out to be bland and strange. Couldn't eat it. Also, the recipe doesn't specify what to do with the butter--I assume you just melt it and mix it in. Not a big deal, but in a cookbook that's turned out some major fails so far, I am questioning the editing/testing process here.

      Absolutely tasteless. I decided not to make the other recipe from this book that called for these just because I didn't want to risk wasting any more ingredients today.

      These buns are one of my go-to recipes! I make them three or four times a month and we always love them. They're still good the next day (and even the day after that). I do make 12 buns out of this recipe in stead of 8, because otherwise I think they are too big and still a bit wet on the inside.
