Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Asparagus Caesar with pecorino

    • jessncanfield on April 08, 2025

Incredible. Will make time and time again.

    • kshell on April 09, 2025

My family loved this and I will make it again. A good dressing for more than just asparagus, I could honestly just eat this with bread or by the spoon...

  • Coq au vin blanc meatballs

    • kshell on April 09, 2025

Delicious. I omitted the bacon. Would absolutely make something similar again but I don't think I *need* the recipe, will just mentally hold onto the idea of this dish and wing it in the future.

  • Chopped salad with honey-peanut dressing

    • kshell on April 09, 2025

Everyone loved this! Didn't have fried shallots but didn't miss them. Skipped the chiles. Making it again for company this week. With all that cabbage the leftovers held up really well so I will make it ahead of time.

  • Pineapple teriyaki chicken bites

    • hillsboroks on May 02, 2025

This is an easy, tasty stir fry that works well on a weeknight. I used the option of canned pineapple juice for the sauce and that made it even simpler. The flavor is bright and was a nice change of pace dinner that my husband loved.
