Toor dal with ghee, chili, roasted peanuts and mango powder, p. 102. We liked this tasty dal, which had a nice pep from the mango powder. We ate it with rice, as suggested.

Spiced chickpea curry with cumin, tomato and dried mango powder, p. 56. This was a tasty version of chana masala. We enjoyed it with parathas.
